I made a decision to move to Lanzarote in 2015 and for me it has been the gift that just keeps on giving! When I moved here, I didn’t know the island and I made a decision to dig a little deeper to the core and heart of Lanzarote, and I was not disappointed. I fell in love with this stunning island and all it has to offer. Combining my love of the island, with my career background within property, I manage and care for beautiful rental properties across the Island, and I would like to share these amazing properties with anyone wishing to travel to Lanzarote. Our office (JK Lanzarote) is located just 10 minute walk from the villa and we are on hand should you need us during your stay. We can also arrange activities, villa catering and anything else you need to help make your stay more enjoyable.

4 bedroom beautifully presented modern villa in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. This beautiful villa is all on one level and includes a large living room with dining area and large smart TV with all Sky channels, a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven / hob, dishwasher, toaster, American style fridge freezer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and everything else you would need for a home from home. There is an additional TV room / office, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with large walk in shower and 1 family bathroom with a bath / shower). A sofa bed is also in the office, should an additional bed be required. The outside space is complete with a heated swimming pool, a large terrace complete with sun loungers and a large table under a covered terrace with ambient lighting and built in BBQ area for alfresco dining. There is also a table tennis table for the competitive ones in the group. Villa Alicia is a fantastic option for a group or family holiday villa. Villa Alicia is located in the Los Mojones area of the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and only a five minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants of the old town. It is just a ten minute walk to Playa Chica and the old town harbour with a choice of fabulous restaurants, where you can sit with a cold refreshment, enjoy some tapas and take in the spectacular Lanzarote sunset skies. And a fifteen minute stroll will take you to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches. Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.
