Property information

This luxurious contemporary villa, completely new (2022) and equipped with a heat pump for the swimming pool, dominates the coast in a spectacular way. It offers a panoramic and breathtaking 180° view of the sea as well as the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coasts. Beach at 800 meters. Its large private infinity pool (10x3.6m) heated by solar energy overlooks the sea. The garden and its terrace contribute to the prestige of this villa. It also benefits from the terrace around the swimming pool, a spacious 60m2 terrace upstairs directly accessible from the bedrooms. This villa whose warm and refined decoration will make you feel at home, has 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (180cm) which can be configured into 2 single beds of 90cm. Fully equipped modern kitchen, including American fridge, open to the dining room and the bright living room. The kitchen offers a very wide choice of glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils. In the basement, the independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. This basement also offers a space for relaxation and games for children with sofa, board games, card games, TV... There is a garage with space for two cars.
