PRIVATE USE OF THE FACILITIES: COME WITH YOUR PET! What makes this Bed and Breakfast special is the exclusive use of the facilities on the ground floor of the house on a private basis, including the living-dining room, the large garden with a small swimming pool and the wooden veranda. Cooking service is not included as there is a restaurant in the B&B. You are welcome to bring your pets and they can enjoy the large grounds. The hostess and her family live upstairs and only one of the exits is shared. The menu changes daily and you can dine privately on the wooden veranda, enjoying the fresh air of the Sierra Calderona, or when the heat is on, you can enjoy your meal in the private lounge at the perfect temperature, thanks to our modern air conditioning system! BEACH, MOUNTAIN AND POOL You will find beautiful, uncrowded beaches 30 minutes away and 25 minutes away is the beautiful natural environment of the Sierra Calderona with hiking trails for all ages. In summer you have an extra large swimming pool (with 2 separate swimming and relaxation areas) and a large shallow children's pool 15 minutes from the house. The B&B is located in a beautiful and consolidated urbanisation, at the foot of the Sierra Calderona, where you can enjoy walks for all ages, adventure excursions in 4x4 or guided cycling tours. It has a private security service, a small shopping area (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, beautician, etc.) and three bars and restaurants with terraces. It is located 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches that are not crowded and 45 minutes away from the centre of Valencia.
