Hello! : My name is Silvia, I am a visual artist and teacher and educator of Tibetan Yoga -Lu Jong- My family started this house as a hostel and since then we have received visits from people from all over the world. In 2019 I started to create annual retreats to share the Tibetan yoga teachings with other people interested in personal growth, but I also love sharing this space with anyone looking for relaxation and peace of mind. If that is your case, you are in the right place!

Located in a rural area, very quiet, just 19 km from Pontevedra. The house is located next to a river, surrounded by nature and mountain trails. If what you are looking for is to relax in a rural environment, with a garden, green area, walks along the river, away from the hustle and bustle and with time for yourself, this is your place. It is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The town is very small and quiet, but it has some services such as shops, a pharmacy and some bars; Furthermore, we are only 20 minutes from Pontevedra and half an hour from the beaches of Marín. Vigo is 50 minutes away by car. The best way to get around is with your own car. There is a bus that leaves the town once a day for Pontevedra and also a taxi.
