To achieve this, we take care of even the smallest details, starting with cleaning and the check in process at the apartment, which we always do personally in order to warmly welcome the traveler. Therfore, a team member will wait in the apartment when the guest arrives to deliver the keys, give all of the explanations about the accommodation, and give recommendations and advice about the city. Furthermore, we know that, many times, when you travel to another city, country, continent, you may feel at some point lost and in need of relying on someone "known" to guide you. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need throughout the stay as well as to resolve any unforeseen event that may occur.
