Situated in Castell-Platja d'Aro, the holiday home Ingrid is just a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² holiday home with a fantastic sea view consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a semi-covered terrace and a balcony. Here you can relax with a glass of wine while you watch the sun set. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street. The property has a step-free interior. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours' rest and to avoid loud noises after midnight. Events, parties or other similar events are not allowed. No groups of young people are allowed. The property is ideal for families. Air conditioning and heating are available by inserting coins in the machine. IMPORTANT NOTE: air conditioning and heating can be used by inserting a coin into a machine (it is not included in the rental price and we do not ask for funds). The timer has a duration of (1 euro for 5 hours) for systems for electric air conditioning and (1 euro per 2 hours) for natural gas heating systems This house is located in a residential area, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
