Stay Belonio is a company founded by the Gámez Salcedo couple in February 2023 for the current management of BELONIO Barlovento 15 and with the desire to continue growing in the sector through the management of new establishments, all of them under the Belonio brand. After several years in the sector managing and operating third-party properties and thanks to the solid experience acquired during this trajectory, we decided to embark on our own path through the acquisition of a property and its subsequent remodeling to offer comfort and well-being in our clients' rooms by the best price, guaranteed. We are available to the guest at all times to answer any questions.

Property information

Located at Barlovento Street 15 in the Malaga neighborhood of Los Prados, Stay Belonio is a unique place to enjoy the experience of traveling to Malaga and the Costa del Sol. Opened in 2022, the building has been completely remodeled adopting a modern and avant-garde style through a very well thought decoration, with the intention of pleasing all tastes and making the guest feel comfortable. The establishment offers the most advanced technologies designed to facilitate the communication of guests, as well as work and leisure. It has triple, double and single rooms, all of them equipped with a private bathroom with shower and sink, 40'' Smart TV, wardrobe, desk with chair, ambient lighting, Internet connection via WIFI and cable and window to the outside. Some rooms have a balcony. The common areas have an office equipped with a vending machine for hot drinks and a bar with stools. The accommodation has the 'Q de Calidad' Tourism Quality Commitment badge that recognizes the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Neighbourhood information

Los Prados is located a few minutes walk from the Trade Fair and Congress Center (FYCMA), the Fairgrounds and the Cortijo de Torres Auditorium. Several bars-restaurants allow you to taste the local gastronomy as well as having local shops, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The neighborhood of Málaga has an excellent and practical public communications system, as it has a railway station for the C-2 commuter line that connects Málaga Centro with the town of Álora and with the C-1 line of the Costa del Sol, as well as from the EMT bus line 20 that communicates with the Center of Malaga and the beach. Access to Malaga International Airport and the María Zambrano AVE station can be done very easily from Los Prados via the Cercanías train and to the latter also by bus. The journey to Malaga airport can be done by bus to the María Zambrano AVE station and from here by train. There is also a taxi rank with 24-hour availability or request it to be picked up at the accommodation. In this way, you will be able to enjoy Malaga, a fashionable city in the cultural and leisure field, among whose thriving tourist offer are museums of great international nature (Picasso, Center Pompidou Málaga, Carmen Thyssen, Automobile and Fashion Museum or the Saint Petersburg Russian Museum) and other tourist enclaves such as the Cathedral of Malaga, the Gibralfaro Castle, the Alcazaba, the Roman Museum and Calle Larios among others, as well as a wide gastronomic and leisure offer for the whole family, such as the Pier One, a commercial area by the sea, or the very popular Mercado Central de Atarazanas, a traditional food market that has recently incorporated gourmet catering establishments.
