Surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more. There are stairs to access the flat.

It has many leisure options, shopping centres, restaurants and beaches, where you can do numerous sports and water activities, such as diving, a marina, and very good communication with the motorway, as well as public transport, to move around other areas of the island. During the day you can rent a bicycle, one of the best options for exploring the coast. A cycle path along the seafront avenue connects Puerto del Carmen with Arrecife, the island's capital, in a highly recommended ride. Those who enjoy shopping will find a variety of shops in the avenues and shopping centres of this town. There is also a wide range of nightlife for party lovers.
