Looking for a holiday home with private pool suitable for up to 10 people? Located in Montaña La Data, a village in the hills around Maspalomas. From the terrace and the garden / swimming pool zone you have a fantastic view of Playa del Inglés, the dunes of Maspalomas and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas can be reached in 10 minutes by car or taxi. The house has 5 bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 3 sousterrain), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace and swimming pool with sun loungers. The house is partially equipped with air conditioning. Some bedrooms have a ceiling fan. From here you can explore the rest of the island by car, or for sports enthusiasts: come on a bike trip. Enjoy the peace and the beautiful starry sky in Montaña La Data. We wish you a very pleasant stay. Philippe and Bart
After our first visit to Gran Canaria in November 2016, we fell in love with this beautiful island. We have suddenly decided to move here. First we started running our Bed & Breakfast Villa Fonzie, afterwards we bought and renovated the house next to the B & B, which has been rented as a holiday home since July 2018. In our free time we try to enjoy the island as much as possible by constantly discovering new places or just enjoying an afternoon on the beach.
