The apartment is located very close to the most visited and well-known historical monuments of the city. From the apartment, you can walk to monuments such as the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Plaza de la Encarnacion, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the most commercial streets. This cheerful and bright penthouse has a lot of charm. It has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchen, all with exterior views, numerous windows, and a private terrace of 15 m2 (ideal for sunbathing, being outdoors, eating or dining). The apartment has been completely renovated, with an elevator and very quiet. There is a dining area and a living area with a large sofa bed, a smart TV, and wifi connection. The open kitchen has a bar and stools, with access to the living room, new appliances, a washing machine, a capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a water heater,... The renovated bathroom has a shower tray, a hairdryer,... A perfect place to spend some wonderful days with your family.
