Company information

Your host used to be a flight attendant and owned an interior design shop. So, the house is beautiful and she knows how to make your stay as beautiful as possible; hospitality is in her blood.

Property information

The house has been transformed from a ruin into an extremely comfortable holiday home. This is the real Andalusia; you will stay in part of an old finca. Your hostess and host use the two other buildings of the finca as a residence and office. You enter the spacious hall through the patio with sitting area. Both right and left are a bedroom with a lovely double bed and wardrobes. The beds are made with high-quality linen, and the thick, authentic walls ensure that the house remains nice and cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Both bedrooms share a spacious ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The stairs take you to the living room, with a nice seating area and dining area for 4. Behind the living room there is the kitchen. Here you will find, among other things, a coffee maker (Nespresso cups), kettle, small oven and gas stove. There is also an outside door in the kitchen. The large swimming pool can be reached from the outside and is located on a lower terrace. Demarcated with fences, safe for the smaller ones among us. The swimming pool that you can use all year round (cold in winter) measures 8×4 meters.

Neighbourhood information

If you want to leave your nice holiday home, there are many nice villages to discover in the immediate vicinity. Malaga, Cordoba and Granada are also easy to drive from the holiday home. Iznájar itself is a beautiful old village, in the middle of a reservoir, unique in Spain. The village has a sandy beach with a restaurant. To the north you will find Rute, a village known for its many museums with food and drink as their main theme; sugar, chocolate, ham and aniseed. To the south there is Archidona, with a choice of very good restaurants. The provincial town of Antequera (about half an hour away) feels like an open-air museum. Countless beautiful churches, ancient architecture, dolomites and a fortress at the top of the city. Here too you will not be disappointed in the culinary field.
