Finca Flor is a 200-year-old, former farmhouse nestled in the hillside of the Andalucian countryside. Located close to the white washed villages of Canillas de Albaida and Competa, Finca Flor is blessed with amazing views of the valley below including the village of Archez. The B&B sits on foothills of the stunning Sierra Almijara Mountain range including the Alhama Natural Park, with its wide variety of walking routes, both gentle and more challenging routes and a short drive from La Moroma with its magnificent views over Vinuala.
Keith and Nicky are committed to providing B&B services to guests at Finca Flor in an environmentally responsible manner. In fulfilling this commitment, Keith and Nicky will incorporate environmental issues into decision-making to meet the present needs without compromising future generations and are commited to: Meeting the requirements of all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, and accepted standards of environmental protection. The prevention of pollution and the conservation of natural resources. Continual improvement in environmental performance. Supporting and participating in community-based projects that focus on the environment. Sourcing everything we can from local businesses. Using only Eco friendly materials where available. As part of our commitment to reduce energy use, Finca Flor has recently had solar panels installed therefore we no longer draw energy from the grid.
The local area is steaped in history with numerous white washed villages offering lots to do and see. The food in this region is amazing.
