Evenia Alcala Boutique Hotel is for people who are tired of boring modern hotels with no character. It sits in the middle of an ancient town and as a result, is part of the history of Alcala de Henares. So on walking from your room through the inner courtyard, you are reminded of it's history. When you exit the main entrance, you are in the middle of the old town and ready to explore its bars, shops and restaurants on foot. The main Cervantes house and museum is a 5 minute walk. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The cellar, where you take breakfast was unique, since you sit in what was once an active working cellar, still looking like it did hundreds of years ago. Staff were friendly and attentive. While breakfast was self service, on each morning we were asked did we have everything we needed.

This charming 16th-century building is located in Alcalá de Henares’ beautiful Old Town. Set around an attractive traditional courtyard, its modern, air-conditioned rooms feature free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
