Elegant newly renovated apartment near Plaza de Toros This recently renovated apartment offers a unique and spacious atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Strategically located near the city center, it is well-connected by public transport. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a cozy bathroom, and a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the living room offers a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, perfect for your leisure time. The apartment also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline, making it ideal for longer stays. Among its modern features are a smart lock for added convenience and security, as well as adjustable lighting to create the perfect ambiance. High-speed internet connection (1 GB) is included, perfect for working or enjoying uninterrupted entertainment.
