Apartment very bright, located in a quiet street. Free parking availability NOT guaranteed. Second floor WITHOUT elevator One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a large closet, there is another with two single beds and a third with a double trundle, ideal for children, with space to use the computer. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee maker, toaster, etc. and the separate bathroom has a shower, towels, paper, gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The living room has a dining table and a sofa and pouffes where you can spread out to watch TV or play a game on the video game console. It has air conditioning in three of the rooms. In the room with the work desk you will find abundant information that will help you plan your visits to the city.
I am a nice, kind and positive person, born in the neighborhood of Triana. Both my husband and I are happy to stay in our apartment and willing to resolve any questions or problems that may arise.
It is located in a typical Sevillian neighborhood, where people greet each other in passing, with local shops and countless places to enjoy the fabulous local cuisine, with a wide range of prices / tastes / environments and without the inconveniences of the tourist massification of other well-known neighborhoods. Very close to the train station of "Santa Justa" and with bus connection to the airport, in a few minutes you can walk to the historic center, the shopping area of Nervión or the party areas of La Alameda and Arenal. Nearby bus to access the center, and public bicycle stop.
