Certificación energética disponible D (caducidad 30/08/2026) El Patio de Franky is a traditional house, recently renovated and exquisitely decorated, which maintains the simplicity of the local tradition and attention to every detail. With its design and services, it is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the area while still being in the historic center of the old capital of the island, Teguise. Thanks to this characteristic, you can enjoy the cultural heritage of Teguise and its gastronomy. The house has a distribution that allows you to enjoy the charm of the typical Canarian architecture. The ceilings are made of wood and offer the guest a pleasant feeling of comfort. Three bedrooms, living room, modern independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook and eat at home, 2bathrooms with shower, dining room, all overlooking a wonderful Canarian patio, which is the real star of the house. Recently added washing machine and dishwasher for the comfort of our guests.

Explore Teguise, a picturesque and charming town with its traditional architecture. A unique place, where you do not get bored but where you can relax among the ancient streets and typical restaurants. In many places Teguise you can enjoy excellent cuisine, both traditional and innovative. Discover all the hiking activities in the area of ​​Teguise, the largest municipality on the island. You will be able to enjoy the outdoors by exploring the natural places, thanks to a large network of trails with different levels of difficulty. In the area of ​​the municipality of Teguise there are also 5 craft markets, of which the best known is the Mercadillo de la Villa de Teguise, open every Sunday from 10 to 14. Fresh products of the island, traditional or modern crafts, as well as curious artistic creations are some of the objects you can find here. The most beautiful beaches that can be reached in a short time are Playa de Famara (a majestic 6km beach that transmits peace and is a paradise for everyone) and the beaches of Costa Teguise. The best known is Las Cucharas beach, with golden sand and equipped with sun umbrella and lounges.
