This villa with a private pool is undoubtedly unique, a haven of peace in an idyllic area, where you can enjoy an unparalleled setting, surrounded by nature. In a very quiet area and at the same time close to all services without having to use the car. A modern house, with a lot of charm, full of interior and exterior spaces designed to enjoy in the best company. Which makes this house a destination in itself. From all rooms you can see the beautiful views of the garden and the Cantabrian landscape. HOUSE LAYOUT Ground floor: living room with access to the porch, kitchen with dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main room has access to the terrace and a seating area with fireplace. KITCHEN Modern, with all appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven). It also has a dining area with a very large table. OUTSIDE AREA Located on a closed plot of 1000 meters, where we find a private pool (open in the summer months), large green areas in which to relax, several poches and outdoor leisure areas, as well as a parking area. DISTANCES Half an hour by car from the beach, the city and the main tourist places, make this accommodation a perfect place to get to know Cantabria. 25 min from Liencres beach 30 min from Somo beach 20 minutes from Cabarceno Natural Park 35 min from the city of Santander WORK AREAS All rooms have a work desk. PARKING AREA It has an outdoor parking area inside the property with a capacity for up to 3 cars. MANDATORY CHECK IN We will send an email to check in online, the same day as the reservation confirmation. Check in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. Check in must be done 8 pm before entry. Ask us if you have any questions, we will help you with everything.
