Built at the beginning of the 20th century, Doña Lola is a unique house built in typical Valencian style with ample and beautiful spaces to relax. Its elements of construction and decoration will take you to another era: the wonderful coffered ceilings, its doors with beautiful stained glass windows, its stately lamps, its antique furniture, the hydraulic floors and the magnificent staircase. The large garden with the pool, the porch and the fronton court make Doña Lola an oasis in the middle of town. Inside the house there are several spaces to relax from the lounges on the ground floor to the old chamber, which has been transformed into a multi-purpose room. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories for the total comfort of guests who can choose between the American kitchen bar, the dining table or the porch for meals. Among special services offered you will find massages at home, a guide for carrying out routes (cultural and sporting) and meals on request (from traditional cuisine to organic vegetarian food). The house is perfect for families and groups of friends who value unique and original places. To protect Doña Lola from any damage that could be caused during your stay, we ask for a deposit of. It will be returned at the time you deliver the accommodation and everything is in order.
Being totally in love with this family home - Doña Lola - and the region where I live, I feel privileged to be the host of both before the guests. I have a wide knowledge about the beautiful region of La Marina Alta and I can provide you with information that will suit your preferences regarding the wide range of activities to be carried out. My personal concerns are the respect and protection of the environment and the care of people and therefore I will do all I can to make your stay in Doña Lola and the region unforgettable.
Pedreguer is situated at the foot of the mountains and anchored in a large valley of orange trees that overlooks the sea and is towered by the imposing Montgó, which is a Natural Park. Very close to the house you will find two supermarkets, pharmacies and shops as well as bars / restaurants that offer quality tapas and regional cuisine. The town is strategically located in the middle of the beautiful region of La Marina Alta and puts at your disposal a wide range of possibilities in relation to the sea, the countryside, the mountains and healthy life: beaches nearby (the famous beaches and coves of Dénia, Xàbia, Benissa and Calpe), snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, walks along the coast, numerous hiking trails, golf (the Sella Golf Club is just 4 km away), climbing, cycling (routes in the valley and in the mountains), meditation (the Sakya International Center is 3 km away) and many charming towns and landscapes to visit. Nice and warm weather is predicted most of the year. La Marina shopping center is also very close (about 3 km). Finally, the gastronomy of the region has been internationally recognized as Dénia, its capital, has been recently awarded UNESCO City of Gastronomy
