Semi-detached house with two floors, Número de Registro de Empresas, Establecimientos y Profesiones Turísticas/Categoría VT-460217-A Ground floor .: kitchen-office, dining room, double bedroom with access to the private garden and full bathroom en suite porch and private garden on the 1st line of golf. First Floor .: Two double bedrooms one with double bed of 1.50, full bathroom and large terrace of 35mts / 2 solarium with shower and chillout with bar. Capacity for 6 people plus 2 extra guests (in extra beds / Ikea sticker), 1st line golf with sea views (oriented to the 13th hole of the golf course), garden areas, pool in front of the house, children's play area , Parking for 2 vehicles, all with a single access controlled from the urbanization. Prohibited any event or parties that disturb the coexistence with the neighborhood.
It is necessary car or motorcycle since the house is located in an exclusive area in the heart of the golf course 18 holes par 72 and field of practice 9 holes par 3 of Bonalba. You can enjoy a day of golf or private lessons during your stay.
Also in Summer, SPA Bonalba Golf & SPA water, relaxation, beauty and well-being, a perfect complement to your vacation, with a 1.500m2 themed outdoor pool where the harmony of the stone and an oasis of vegetation and a indoor pool, equipped with jets for cervical, open all year. A combination of vegetation, rock, palm trees and beach, with outdoor jacuzzis and covered, with an area reserved for the little ones that includes a fantastic slide, all chaired by a magnificent waterfall. Wet area with sauna, Turkish bath and shower of essential oils and Scottish shower. Beauty and relaxation cabinet. (additional price of the spa according to Bonalba Golf conditions)
