We will always be there to assist you personally when you check-in. We take advantage of this moment to give some advice to our guests on what to see, where to eat or what excursions to do. We will send our guests useful information before arrival, and we are at your disposal to arrange transfers to the airport, train or bus station. We want our guests to have a pleasant stay and leave with a good taste of our city.

Property information

Newly constructed building of three floors, with three apartments. One on each floor. Picacho Bajo, is located on the floor at street level. It is a studio of 30 meters, comfortable for 2 people and with everything you need for your stay in Malaga. In Picacho 1, we have a larger studio, with the possibility to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a couple with a couple of children. It also has two large windows with lots of light, a large bathroom with a spacious shower, and a comfortable kitchen office. In Picacho 2, you can enjoy more space and features. It is a duplex penthouse with a private terrace of about 20 square meters on the top floor, along with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor is the living room, kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for 2 couples or for a couple with 2 children. On the terrace, you can enjoy two sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the good weather in Malaga after a day of visiting the city. In all our apartments we have looked for the comfort and functionality for our guests. The decoration is sober and elegant, looking for an atmosphere of harmony. Neighbourhood information

Picacho 5 apartments are located just 300 meters from the area of the Roman Theater, the Alcazaba or the Picasso Museum. In 5 minutes walking we will be in an area where you can enjoy the leisure area of the Port of Malaga, the Malagueta beach and the promenade, the Cathedral, Carmen Thyssen museum or the Center Pompidou Malaga. In the immediate neighborhood there are restaurants, greengrocers, bakery, pharmacy, taxi rank, bus, public pay parking, etc ...
