Luxury villa with stunning views of the golf course in Hato Verde urbanization just 15 minutes from Seville. Very bright and spacious house, facing the lake of hole 1, where you can enjoy and relax in your private pool. A privileged environment in full nature and in an urbanization with 24-hour surveillance. The house is distributed on 3 floors around a central courtyard; all spaces with large windows and numerous wardrobes, 4 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and satellite television, laundry room, large kitchen, 3 porches, 3 terraces, parking space for 2 cars and garden with private saltwater pool, also has solar panels, heating and centralized air conditioning, mosquito nets, awnings on the terraces including the garage and the central courtyard. The whole is a beautiful place to enjoy nature and pure air in a privileged environment, for which we also have barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is distributed on 3 floors around the central courtyard. It has 5 bedrooms plus a multimedia room for reading, music and cinema in the attic, 4 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and TV, large fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, 3 porches, 3 terraces, garage for 2 cars and garden with barbecue, solarium and private pool. It also has solar panels, central heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets and awnings on terraces, garage and central courtyard.
The villa is very close to the Social Club Hato Verde which has a restaurant and sports courts and about 800 m. from the center of town (Las Pajanosas) with shops and more restaurants. In a very close environment, ideal for hiking or mountain biking, is the Water Route. Moving a little further we can enjoy the Roman ruins of Itálica, a place steeped in history, or the Reserve of Castillo de las Guardas which is one of the largest animal parks in Europe. And of course, just 15 minutes away we have Seville ...
