This roomy 90m2 vacation home is located in Puerto de Soller, a northern port town on Spain's sunny island of Majorca in the Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in all rooms, including the living room and kitchen), satellite television, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can take in the spectacular mountain view and enjoy the furnished garden, sun in the covered terrace, or cook in the grill area, all private features. The outside area also has a shower. The home is conveniently located just 3 minutes by foot to the restaurants, bars, and public transportation connections in Puerto de Soller. The home is just a 3 to 5 minute (1 to 1.5 km) drive from the Platja des Traves and the Port de Soller beaches along the scenic seafront. The area also offers excellent outdoors activities, such as mountain hiking in the Cova des Migidia and the Puig de Balitx just 10 minutes (1.5 km) by car and they are also accessible by public transportation. Puerto de Soller also features many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 37 minute (35.7) drive from the home.
