Rural house-Village house with garden, porch and organic garden. Built in 1923 and completely restored in 2007 respecting the style and materials of the original construction: stone walls, mud floor, wooden and iron beams and windows. In it you will find the calm of the countryside, the birds, the rooster and the hens of our neighbor, but also the possibility of enjoying adventure sports, visit the wineries that surround us, eat our sausage Typical and visit the city of Requena with its historic Villa and all the villages of the region. I will help you plan your trip as soon as you decide. Furnished in new or old part of the family restored, high-end hospitality beds, sheets, quilts, bedspreads and 100% cotton towels, with chairs, racks and mirrors in the rooms. 65 km from Valencia and about 285 km from Madrid. We are 25 minutes from the Natural Park of the Hoces del Cabriel. For fans of MOTORCYCLES. We are 15-20 minutes from the CHESTE CIRCUIT. This is very useful information for those who come from far away to enjoy the GRAND MOTORCYCLE AWARD November

EL PONTON is a small hamlet of Requena in rural area but it is the closest, only 2 km, which has become an extension of the city as the calm, security and views of the countryside almost from any point of the houses, make it much more attractive for family life. From here you will have easy access to all the points of interest in the region. We are 25 minutes from the Natural Park of the Hoces del Cabriel. There you will find rafting, kayaking, hiking, canoeing, ... also trails for mountain biking. We are surrounded by vineyards and wineries. In the region is the largest and most homogeneous wine-growing area in Spain. We are 62km from Valencia and 65km to the beaches. We have the ALBUFERA NATURAL PARK and the Saler beaches 68km from the house. All this NATURAL RESERVE. Also on the way you will find THE CITY OF SCIENCE and THE OCEANOGRAFIC. 40 minutes by car. We have about 10 minutes the aerodrome of the Rebollar, for lovers of air sports. For fans of MOTORCYCLES. We are about 20 minutes from the CHESTE CIRCUIT. This is very useful information for those who come from afar to enjoy the GRAND MOTORCYCLE PRIX that will take place between November 16-18.
