Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

A two-storey duplex apartment, conveniently located within walking distance to Cala Blanca and Jávea’s main beach. White-washed walls paired with a maritime colour scheme and accents of stone and light wood bring a warm, beachy vibe to the contemporary yet cosy interior. A spacious living/dining area spills out onto an outdoor terrace, which is decked with comfortable sofa-style seating and a second dining area. The fully equipped kitchen continues the light white scheme and provides ample space for a family bake off. The layout of the top floor is ideal for families looking for space. The Master en-suite has a large walk-in shower and beautiful wall tiles and fittings, while the two twin-bedded rooms share a good-size bathroom complete with fitted bath and overhead shower. All three bedrooms benefit from A/C, large built-in wardrobes and the same stylish décor as the lower floor. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes.
