Casa Mamacita is at the beach and enjoys a fantastic view, every time of the day! Sunrise and sunset guaranteed. It's located on the first floor of a typical casa Antigua, in a car-free alley. So there is no noise from traffic. What is special about the house, it has a lot of light in the living space. Usually these typical houses are rather dark. Even from the kitchen you have a room with a view. When you open the window to the balcony you can enjoy your breakfast with sea view. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a comfortable shower, toilet and washing machine. There is heating, ideal in winter, and airco for the lovely summer days! The flat is wel equipped, toaster, juicer etc. In front of our house there is Parking Doctor Esquerdo. The parking offers a special fee for a longer stay. The best restaurants, Mercado Central and supermarket Spar are at walking distance. When you leave Casa Mamacita, you cross the street and you are at the lovely wide beach. We have never seen such cristal clear water and such a fantastic setting with palmtrees. If you love to swim, you will not be disappointed.
Our dream was to find a charming typical house close to the beach. As our family enjoys nature we were also excited that near to centre there are natural parks for walking. We decorated the casa with a lot of passion and want to share this with people who are looking for a quiet and typical atmosphere. Villa Joyosa is so charming and has a lot to offer to visitors because it is still typical. The city offers fancy dining, Spanish dining, terraces, marina etc. As hobby chefs we like to cook ourselves. The kitchen is equipped with good quality oven and stove. We love to buy fresh fish at the Mercat, at 500 meters from the house. The chechin is possible after 4 pm, as there is a keysafe you can checkin whenever you like, even when it's later in the night.
A photographers delight! Located in the old part of town with historic typical fisherman houses. At 50 meters is the beautiful sandy beach, near the botanical garden, within walking distance of cozy restaurants. There is a beautiful beach promenade of 3.5 km. Ideal for walking and jogging. Within walking distance of the famous Chocolate Factory and la marina, city walls and old town ... Around the property you find typical small shops for groceries. There are also a selection of supermarkets such as Spar and Mercado nearby.
