La vivienda es amplia, con todas las comodidades y equipamiento, y ubicada a un paso de la Catedral de Guadix, el tren turístico, la oficina de turismo,... Aunque no dispone de aparcamiento, no tuvimos problema para aparcar cerca de la vivienda.
