The complex is small and friendly with a pool. It is really well situated to the beach, a shop for groceries, and a bus stop for getting to and from the airport or nearest resort. Restaurants and are within walking distance. There is parking space for cars. The area is lovely and quiet with a great view of the mountains. The appartment is very modern and comfortable. It contains everything you need e.g. Smart TV, washing machine, towels, soap, hairdryer, kitchen items, tea/coffee, condiments, and even a cheeky bottle of wine :) It has a home away from home feel which I absolutely loved.

This apartment is very modern and clean, with a lot of character from features such as a sliding door to the bathroom and a cosy outdoor area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in all areas. There was also a large flatscreen Smart TV that you can log into Netflix and other things. Easily accessible from the airport on the No 161 bus - get off at either Hotel Jameos or Costa Mar bus stops and it's a short walk. The shower was another positive feature, although can run out of hot water if you enjoy it for too long! No issues with the self check-in or keybox outside the apartment. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with in English. We definitely plan to come back again when visiting Lanzarote as we have found the majority of hotel complexes disappointing.

Does exactly what is says on the tin. All reviews are spot on. We'll located, close to amenities bus stop, beach, on the outside quieter side of Puerto del Carmen but not a bad walk to any place. The apartment itself is lovely well set up easy to access and couldn't be faulted in any way.

Best stay in Lanzarote! The location was perfect 5 mins walk to the Spar shop and the beach. Easy access to airport and main town. Bus stop round the corner and regular. Apartment a very high standard and bed super comfortable. Shower excellent. Clean and everything you need (I stayed here for 21 days). Mirea super friendly host. Highly recommended!

Apartment is very nice, cozy, clean and conformable, with everything you might need for your holidays. The locations is very practical - 5-6 minutes of walking from the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants and a bus stop (lines 02 and 03). Parking is available, if you have a car. This is one of the accommodations that are closest to the airport - great if you arrive late or have to depart early (taxi about 20 EUR). There is a swimming pool as well. We did not meet the hosts, the key was available from the lock box near the entrance. The communication with the hosts was quick and without problems. Complimentary water in the fridge and two chocolate bars were a nice welcoming gesture.

Excellent host. Good communication and very flexible. Flat size was perfect for a couple, kitchen all the essentials, except a kettle. Good wifi and smart TV with Netflix. Only 5 mins walk to beach and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nos encantó alojarnos en Casa Julia. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy cuqui, muy acogedor. El trato con Mireia fue muy bueno, tanto antes, como durante la estancia. Nos dejo un par de cápsulas de café, agua y dos chocolatinas de bienvenida que después del viaje hasta la Isla, ya que nosotros llegamos muy tempranito, se agradecía. Esta muy cerquita de la playa y del aeropuerto, con variedad de locales de ocio y restauración y comunicado con el resto de carreteras de la isla. A esto se suma la calma y tranquilidad de la zona, perfecta para salir por la mañana a la terracita con un café y un libro para relajarse. Sin duda, un sitio perfecto para descansar después de pasar todo el día yendo y viniendo por toda la isla. Muy recomendable, nosotros repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a Lanzarote.
