Nice 2-bedroom house with unbeatable views of the Charco de San Ginés. Nice interior terrace with chill-out armchairs and another terrace with a table and a view of the pond. WiFi with fiber and enviable position. Ideal for young couples or small groups of friends. Casa Jolatero – Ventana al Charco has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a large bathroom with shower, living room with air conditioning, Smart TV and speakers, Nice balcony with unbeatable views of Charco de San Gines. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extractor hood and tap with drinking water. Wi-Fi with fiber. The house also has a nice terrace with a table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the summer sunsets having a drink in good company.

Its enviable position in the center of Lanzarote makes getting anywhere easy and comfortable. In this way you will not spend much time in the car, although driving on the island's roads is an experience worth living. However, at night you can enjoy the lively atmosphere that Charco de San Ginés offers, with its restaurants and bars frequented by most of the island's people.
