Casa Indiana is rented via Villas Now Ltd and managed locally by Property Solutions. A representative of Property Solutions will visit the property normally on the day after arrival to make sure everything is satisfactory and offer any help or advice about the property or area that may be requested.

Property information

Casa Indiana is situated in one of the most exclusive locations in Playa Blanca. The property is in a very quiet location with a private heated swimming pool and garden. All amenities are within easy reach. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WiFi & A/C. The villa is spilt between 2 levels, with bedrooms on each. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (1 x Superking Bedroom & 1 x Twin Bedroom) and a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level (Again, 1 x Superking Bedroom & 1 x Twin Bedroom). All bedrooms have coin operated Air Conditioning. There is an open plan lounge/dinning room with enough seating for 8 people. There is a fantastic multi-language TV package, including Sky Sports & Sky Movies. There is also a DVD player (DVD's not supplied). The pool is 8m x 4m in size and has plenty of terrace space for sunbathing. The villa also benefits from a traditional style Canarian BBQ and Pool Table which are both free to use by guests. A WELCOME PACK is provided. PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and a 7.50 GBP per person per stay Breakages Insurance is payable

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.
