De studio is geschikt voor 2 personen, ingericht met een keukenblok met alle benodigdheden, slaapgedeelte met 2- persoons bed, zithoek met een tv, airco en met eigen wifi. De badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet bevindt zich ook in de studio, uiteraard in een aparte ruimte. Er is buiten een eettafel met parasol en een knusse zithoek met kussens om heerlijk te relaxen, om te genieten van de zon, maar vooral te genieten van de rust . U bent slechts enkele meters van het zwembad (10 x 5 m.) verwijderd. Bij het zwembad zijn 7 ligbedden, een parasol en een ronde tafel met 4 stoelen. Het uitzicht is prachtig over de gehele vallei. Onze accommodatie is niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen, daarom is Casa Gran Vista een " Adults only " accommodatie. ​​
Wij zijn een echtpaar uit Brabant, Nederland. Ons huis is dusdanig groot, dat wij het graag met andere mensen willen delen. Het huis heeft 3 verdiepingen.De bovenste verdieping bevindt zich op straat niveau, waar wij zelf wonen. Het terrein is geheel omheind.Een elektrische poort en camera's schermen de voorkant van het huis af. De studio bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping, op het niveau van het zwembad. Wij houden van de rust, het huis is niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen, Casa Gran Vista is daarom een "Adults only " accommodatie.
Het dorp Xaló (Jalon in het Spaans) in de provincie Alicante staat bekend om de prachtige Vallei Vall del Pop waarin Xaló (Jalon) gelegen is, de fijne wandeltochten die je er kunt maken en de bodega's die er te vinden zijn. De omgeving werd ook al eens door de World Health Organisation (WHO) uitgeroepen tot het gebied met het fijnste, gezondste klimaat ter wereld, omdat er zowel de s'zomers als s'winters erg lekkere temperaturen zijn en er geen industrie gebieden zijn met vervuilde uitstoot . In de omgeving zijn talloze activiteiten mogelijk en in 20 minuten per auto bent u bij de stranden van o.a. Calpé. Kortom, een heerlijke vakantie bestemming met talloze mogelijkheden voor aktiviteiten.
