The holiday home Casa Beltierra is a spectacular and luxurious house located in the exclusive Punta de la Mona urbanization in La Herradura. Distributed on three floors connected by an elevator, Casa Beltierra offers a fantastic view of the sea. This 383 m² property consists of 2 living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a jacuzzi, 2 open terraces and a covered terrace. All three terraces offer magnificent views over the Mediterranean Sea. 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is allowed after 9 pm with additional cost. Smoking is allowed (inside the building). An elevator is available in the building. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
