A well equipped and spotlessly clean house in the centre of pretty Pollenca. It's an easy 5 minute walk into the main square where their are bars, restaurants and the Sunday Market. As a consequence of the central location parking can be a bit of a nightmare but we always found somewhere in one of the streeets around. However I wouldn't want to try and park anything bigger than a Fiat 500! The house is spacious and the roof terrace is lovely, or would have been had we had better weather! Overall very nice and we'd happily return.

Absolutely wonderful little gem of a house. We stayed there with friends with kids and it was perfect for everyone's needs (small and big). It's on a quiet street, not far from city centre where you have your choice of restaurants and cafes. It is also a short drive away from some magnificent beaches. Everything was great and we will surely be back some day. The terrace views are also amazing.

The location is in the middle of Pollença, so this is a great town house. I felt i've stayed at my Grandmother's house, which provided a lot of home feeling. Our host was very nice, and there is also a booklet with all the important information. The kitchen is well equiped.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil de notre hôte et la proximité du logement par rapport au centre-ville de Pollença (5mn à pied). La climatisation était essentielle par rapport aux températures extérieures (moy +30 degrés). Le roof top pour les dîners et petits déjeuners (bonne exposition). Les 2 salles de bain avec wc ont été très pratique pour une famille de 5.

Die Unterkunft war ein sehr gemütliches Stadthaus. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut.
