HOUSE RULES -This house has neighbors, enjoy your time in the house but don't disturb the neighbors,It should be quiet from 22:00 on the villa terrace, it's fine to stay where，but no music or loud talking. villa equipped with decibel meter from Minute com.The devices do NOT record what the guests say but measure the sound level and react if itis too loud - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is only allowed on the terrace. - Access to the accommodation is not allowed to people outside the reservation made, all guests will be registered in accordance with Spanish law. - The number of rooms that will be open will depend on the number of people involved in the reservations New house built in 2019 with private heated pool (Heated pool included, its temperature is maintained at about 26 °, the pool heating is not used in summer seasons） and barbecue and games room, 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, located in Tauro, 5 minutes by car from Amadores beach and Anfi Tauro golf course. It is fantastic for families or groups on idyllic holidays in a relaxed atmosphere.
