    “The location is excellent. There are free parking spaces on the street, and if there is no space here, there is a large parking lot next to the beach, also free. A large balcony with a sofa and table allows you to spend time there comfortably.”

Beautiful 3 bed apartment located 1 minute walk to the beach. Recently decorated and renovated this flat boast 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom. The place benefits of a lovely balcony with partial sea view and at the back of the master bedroom a terrace/ utility space. Lovely furnished, the balcony is an ideal place to socialise, enjoy a drink and a light meal/snack. The living room opens into the balcony, creating a light, airy space. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as kitchenware and tableware. The newly and fully refurbished bathroom has a shower, washing basin and toilet with douche attachment. The accommodation sleeps up to 7 people. Each bedroom accommodates 2 people and the sofa in the sitting room is extendable. The flat has powerful air conditioning to give you comfort throughout the accommodation during the hottest days and heating during colder seasons. The flat is on level 1 / first floor. Unfortunately the flat is not accessible for people with mobility issues. Buggies and strollers need to be carried upstairs, but the stairs are easy.

Lovely area with everything you need nearby. 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to Mercadona and Consum super markets, Many local restaurants and bars 5 min away. Valencia airport is 25min away by car and Castellon airport is about 40 min by car.
