Property information

Spend your vacation on the beach of Alcudia, one of the best on the island. Our two cottages for our guests fully equipped are available separately or together as they are semi-detached. They are characterized by their privileged position, on the gently sloping, long, wide sandy beach. Shady pines will welcome you - sunbeds and umbrellas are available for charge. The houses Bea 12 and 12A each provide space for 7 people, have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the little one of these two has it´s access from the outside), a living-dining area and a kitchen. Comfortably furnished and with WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, etc. . The outdoor areas feature several furnished terraces with barbecue and sun loungers. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy your holiday in the front terrace, facing the sea or in the rear; eat outside or sunbathe on the rooftop terrace with (limited) sea view. Although the house is located in a quiet one way street, restaurants, bars and shops can all be found nearby.
