The location is great, 5 mins walk from Gran Via. Design, decor, facilities are high standards, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bath and shower are awesome and there is always hot water. There is heat everywhere and the apartment is always warm. Even though the appartment is in the ground floor and we weren't allowed to open the windows, it always feel like there is a natural light in the living room.
