Property information

New and modern flat located in the San Valentín Residential Complex, on the outskirts of Corralejo and a few steps from the Natural Park. Located on the ground floor in front of the swimming pool. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair; a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed; a bathroom with shower and a sunny terrace, facing the swimming pool, with a table and chairs. The residential complex has parking, tennis court and two swimming pools. WiFi FIBER 100Mb/s

Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighbourhood a few steps from the main street of Corralejo. About 500 metres away there is the famous Shopping Centre Il Campanario where you will find a well-stocked supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and markets of typical and handicraft products, open every day from 8am to 10pm. The centre of Corralejo can be reached in 5 minutes, with the pedestrian area full of shops, clubs, ice-cream parlours, restaurants and disco pubs. The flat is about 40 Km from the Airport (along the FV1), about 3 Km from the Port of Corralejo and about 120 Km from the Port of Morro Jable (along the FV2). . Our advice is definitely to rent a car to visit the island. Inside the residence there are some car parks available but they are not bookable; if they are all occupied you can still park along the road. For shorter trips there are taxis. To reach the flat it is possible to use a Shuttle Bus service, which can be booked directly on the internet (the transfer is direct from the Airport to Corralejo); or alternatively there is the local Bus line that connects the Airport to Puerto del Rosario (line 3) and then to Corralejo (line 6), stop Centro Commerciale El Campanario. In any case, near the residence there is a taxi station, bus stop and ShuttleBus.
