Please note:

Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.

The entry time is as follows:

- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:

- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.

- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.

- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.

- We do not receive after 1:00.

- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.

-Departure time is at 11am.

Please note that to access the apartment you have to go up two floors on a spiral staircase. Therefore it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility or those who cannot climb stairs.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Apartamento con Terraza en la Playa con Piscina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
