Apartments are located in a very appealing location with a seaside view. There is a pleasing park nearby, perfect for either long or short distance walks. It only takes a few minutes on foot to reach the sea. Bike trail nearby as well. There is a cafe bar right next to the apartments. The town centre is about 1.5 km away on foot. There is a golf course situated 1.5 km away called “La Serena Golf”. The closest shopping centre is 1.2 km away from the apartments. And as a cherry on too La Manga is just 26 km away. This apartment is perfect for a peaceful and active lifestyle. The balance between the calm neighborhood and plenty of activities around makes this the perfect place to be! Note: the bedding and towels are included for every person.
