Property info

The Ares 3000 Apartments can accommodate up to 6 people in 1 or 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. All the flats have a kitchen open to the living-dining room and television. In the bedrooms, the distribution of the beds can be with a double bed, two single beds, trundle bed or bunk beds; each of them can accommodate up to 2 people, plus the double sofa bed that can be found in the living-dining room. The usual distribution of the flats is one bedroom with a double bed in the case of 1-bedroom flats and one bedroom with 2 beds and another with a double bed in the case of 2-bedroom flats. If the client has a preference, he/she can indicate it, although it is not confirmed until arrival. All flats include television in the living room and the kitchen has a washing machine, oven or microwave, fridge and coffee maker, as well as kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat. Bed linen is provided for all guests making the booking, but not tea towels or table linen. One set of towels per guest is included.
