Comfortable, spacious family home in downtown and historic district. Well connected and walk to shopping, metro and market. A few meters from the Torre del Oro and the river Guadalquivir, you will zoom to the original Giralda Seville Cathedral. Family building in a quiet and completely secure area. Pedestrian walk street with little traffic building and its approaches. All rooms of the house have exterior window, giving breadth and cheerful light to the rooms. The house has high ceilings and has air conditioning.
History, walk through the cities and countryside, jazz and rowing, make me vibrate Me and my family live right downstairs, on the same building, so we will be very easy to reach if anything comes up. Always, we will be welcoming and happy to answer any questions. We have the better tips to sights of our marvellous city and the best tapas places.
The apartament is on a really quiet residential street in a real neighborhood and you can find many supermarkets, little stores and traditional bars...and the best advantage is the location, superbly situated in the heart of town with almost everything nearby. From the apartamente you can arrive to historic places in a few minutes by walking: Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, Plaza de Toros...and flamenco's locals. It is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. All staff included, we provide you: sheet, towels, soap,.. and all necessary to machine wash. You'll can have own lunch and breakfast because you'll have available the kitchen for you with toast and coffee machines and refrigerator you can keep all the food necessary that you'll can buy in close markets. The building is familiar and custom neighbors passing by the tranquility and respect break, betting on the best of coexistence and out of noiseless.The building's neighbours need silent time after 24:00 and on the flat is not allowed to party. You can use all the things that you find in the flat: food, cookware, bathware and after please, it's necessary to leave in order and clean it. Thanks so much
