Very bright and charming apartment, located in the Convento de la Victoria, an emblematic building in the center of Sanlúcar, just 50 meters from the Plaza del Cabildo, 700 meters from the Calzada beach, 1.1 km from Bajo de Guía and 2 km from La Jara beach. In addition to the excellent location, the newly renovated apartment in its entirety, spacious, cozy and bright. If you can telework, this is your accommodation! It has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms with remote control and adjustable light intensity, as well as built-in wardrobes in the 3 rooms, Prosegur alarm, accessories and complete kitchenware as well as amenities for a happy and pleasant stay and fully enjoy everything that Sanlúcar and its nearby towns offer (Jerez, Chipiona, Rota or El Puerto de Santa Maria). It also has 2 private parking spaces in the building (optional - under reservation 12 euros/day for each space). The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with bathroom en suite. The 3rd double room has 2 single beds. Bed linen, towels, flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants around, as well as a supermarket.
