Todos los servicios cercanos, un gran supermercado a 200 metros. Dos grandes parques a 1 minuto caminando. Centro deportivo La Toba a 300 m, 25 minutos paseando al centro ciudad y Centro Niemeyer. Las playas más preciosas del concejo a 6 km. Excelentes comunicaciones, salida a la autopista que une Avilés Oviedo y Gijón, pudiendo desplazarse al centro de Avilés en menos de 10 minutos.
