Spacious and bright apartment on the border of Spain with Portugal, overlooking the Guadiana River and the International Bridge that connects the two countries, where the sunsets every day offer you a different color show. A place where the smell and the breeze of the sea captivates you and, from the terrace, you can enjoy incredible views, tasting a good glass of wine while the sun sets on the horizon, just for you. In Ayamonte you will find large sports facilities, indoor swimming pool, nautical activities and a great cultural offer, theaters, concerts, exhibitions. Kayaking, sailing or horseback riding, and two golf courses with 18 holes We surround ourselves with mountain and sea, We have 14 km of beach, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, and two marinas. In addition, throughout the year there are many traditional festivals and pilgrimages, highlighting our Holy Week, declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest for Andalusia in 1999, which has brotherhoods founded more than 500 years ago, and carvings of great artists like León Ortega The local cuisine offers dishes such as tuna or stripe in paprika, and typical sweets such as coca ayamontina.

The apartment is located in the center of Ayamonte, just 500 meters from the Plaza de La Laguna, which houses the City Hall and is the tourist, commercial and financial nerve center. Pedestrian streets with attractive terraces that you can use at any time of the year thanks to the excellent weather we have, bars, restaurants, cafes, leisure, supermarkets and shops. The main public buildings are located less than 10 minutes from the accommodation. The Cardenio Theater, the Casa Grande Cultural Center or the Angustias Parish. Surrounding the center of the city you have one of the best equipped marinas in the province, and the Lonja Pesquera, where every day sailors arrive with the daily task, fresh fish that you can taste in any place in the city.
