THE APARTMENT IS RENTED FORTnightly (14 nights) FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. Guests of this comfortable apartment can enjoy sea views from the private balcony. They can also relax in the two shared pools. The beach is just opposite, just 50 meters away. The apartment consists of a double bedroom and one with a single bed. There is a third bedroom with two trundle beds, ideal for two children. Guests can make use of the kitchen and enjoy the food at the dining table and lounge chairs. This open room also contains a large sofa and a large flat-screen TV. There is a tennis court, a squash court, mini golf course and a soccer field adjacent to the apartment. A gym and ping-pong tables are also available. Francesc Macià Park is a 20-minute walk away. A 10-minute drive will take you to the Marineland Zoo and Water World Water Park. The apartment is in a lively area with several restaurants, bars and 2 supermarkets within a radius of 200 meters. The center of Malgrat de Mar is a 20 minute walk away. Barcelona is an hour by car and Girona is 30 minutes away.
