Oops, the host, William was proactive and sent us information regarding access to the private parking and the building but I failed to respond requiring him to come out on our arrival, which he did immediately, (within 20 mins) to open up and talk us through the apartment access and city guides. The apartment was ground floor with very close secured parking. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean, a real home from home right on the edge of the old town which is extremely restricted on booking.com for car access and parking. It all felt very safe with a military barracks right next door. El Corte Inglés was within a block away, very handy. Altogether a perfect location to explore Pamplona. Our bed was extremely comfortable although I couldn't get the hang of the Spanish smart TV. Really impressed with the facilities, cleanliness, and friendliness of William the host. But don't forget to respond to his information, regarding arrival time, unlike me.

Me ha parecido completamente fiel a la descripción. La ubicación perfecta y en un sitio tranquilo. Y respecto a la limpieza tengo que decir que estaba impecable. La atención por parte de los anfitriones ha sido inmejorable. Su detalle en la pizarra de la cocina me encantó. También todas las cosas que dejaron a nuestra disposición para el desayuno o para tomarnos algo caliente en cualquier momento.
