Property information

This comfortable, completely refurbished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the beautiful resort “La Felicidad“. The 70 m² apartment features a living / dining room with modern furniture and a well-fitted American kitchen. The room opens out onto a lovely terrace offering beautiful, clear views. A corridor leads to two bedrooms with large wardrobes. The first one has twin beds of 90cm each; the second one is a double room. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, is situated between the two rooms. There are laundry facilities in the apartment. Perfectly set up for sunbathing, a beautiful terrace with solarium will make you admire the magnificent views to the sea and the Montgó. The lovely swimming pool has a children’s section and lifeguard supervision during summer. Right next to it there is a nice little bar, and the “La Magrana” restaurant will serve meals on the large terrace surrounding the pool. La Felicidad also features a mini-golf course (equipment is available on site). There are green wide-open spaces and a private surface parking area.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located less than 200m from the beach, in the Las Brisas area, at KM3. Restaurants, cafés, bars as well as a playground for the little ones are all nearby. The centre of Dénia with its activities and gastronomic offerings is at a 5-minute drive from there. However, you may also opt for a car-free solution, since the bus serving Dénia, its boutiques, the marina, the sandy or rocky beaches and all the amenities leaves from the bus stop just a few meters from the residence.
