The beachfront apartment with a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and is just a few steps from the Menor. It is located on one of the most highly-rated beaches (Playa Ensenada del Esparto) within a residential complex that features a pool and gardens, a pedestrian walkway, a paddle tennis court, a children's area, and a free private parking space within the complex. The location is privileged and quiet because it is not very crowded, yet it is close to all amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, etc., accessible on foot or by car. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m) and an extra bed (1.05 m), a full bathroom, an integrated kitchen with a living room, and a spacious terrace facing the Mediterranean, with access from both the bedroom and the living room. Here, you can enjoy spectacular views while having a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as well as a relaxing rest while listening to the sound of the sea waves. The apartment is well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, TV, WiFi, washing machine, drying rack, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. If you're looking to disconnect, this is your place.
The apartment is located at km 15, on the Ensenada del Esparto beach, one of the highest-rated beaches in La Manga and the Region of Murcia. The location is privileged and quiet because it is not very crowded, yet it is close to all necessary services, accessible both on foot and by car, such as the Spar supermarket (2 minutes by car). It is just a few steps away from beach bars: to the south, Estacio Playa beach bar, and to the north, Playa Chica beach bar, as well as more exclusive restaurants like La Escuela de Pieter and Los Collados Beach, starting from km 17. Additionally, the Tomás Maestre Marina is located at km 13 and has shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop in front of the building to get around La Manga if you prefer not to use the car or enjoy a walk.
