Apartment of 150 m2 full of history with sea views from the living room, dining room and terrace, at 11 meters distance from the fine sand beach of La Fosca. Living room with two sofa beds, TV, DVD, dining room for 8, terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a complete bathroom, equipped kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a 2nd fridge and views of the shared garden. Garden of 3.500m2 shared with 12 families with 6 hot showers, 4 toilets, tables, chairs, deckchairs, wall of tennis, ping-pong, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball hoops, park child and a punching bag. If you need a cot, high chair or baby bath, you can request them in advance and you will have them free of charge. The apartment is delivered clean and without bed linen: you can bring your own or rent them: 1 set of individual sheets: 8 euros. A set of double sheets: 15 euros. Towels: one large and one small: 4 euros. The apartment has 4 butane gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use for free. You can park 2 cars in the property.

The fine sand beach of La Fosca located 11 meters from the house has obtained the Blue Flag rating by the EU, the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This car park is free throughout the year except for the months of June, July, August and September when you must pay 3 euros per day.
