‘Eva Recommends’ was born out of a passion turned into a profession. We are required by law to provide the personal details of all adult guests over the age of 17 who will be staying with us to the relevant government authorities. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network link at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys left in the flat in case of emergency or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with these rules may be punished and may be grounds for expulsion.
